Getting in touch about an event.
If you need to get in touch about a Friends of Locke Park event, email events@friendsoflockepark.org.uk.
However there will be updates on our website news page and on our facebook page. For events not run by Friends of Locke Park, please contact the organisers of the event.
Booking a stall.
If you wish to have a stall or activity at a Friends of Locke Park event then you need to book a pitch.
To book a pitch, you need to send us a booking form together with a prepayment and the necessary insurance or other certificates. You can download the booking form from this webpage. The postal address to send it is given on the form.
You can book a pitch for just one event or for more. The pre-payment must be included for each event you want to book for.
We can’t accept telephone requests for stalls any longer: we need the form and the deposit to reserve a pitch for you.
